magical adventures

prompts push me to create in ways that i may not have if left to my own devices.  i shouldn't need a reason to take my child on special adventure, or buy balloons for no reason, to talk in funny voices and question if there are magical creatures looming in the forrest... but having a reason pushes me to create scenarios not just for the joy but for the picture.  he enjoys these outings, he knows that i will be silly and talk in a fake language or wear a costume myself and he knows that he will be pushing his own creative little mind... it is so incredible what he can come up with if prompted just a little... i love these days...
