a few shots of Catherine's handsome John

On a quick trip to Texas I wanted desperately to meet my old friend Catherine's little boy... he is almost ONE and I had yet to see him.  We shared a wonderful lunch and I grabbed my camera for a few shots of her handsome little dude.  I must say that I am almost emotional at the thought that my childhood friend and I have these beautiful boys now.  Was it really that long ago that we ourselves were playing on the playground?? Witnessing Catherine in the role of mother was wonderful, it suits her perfectly and her son is a true testament of that.  Thank you dear friend for allowing me to capture John Thomas with my lens... I hope it isn't another year before I see you again.
