value your work

Confidence and consistency are essential when valuing your art. If you second-guess your prices, it not only undermines your self-worth but also weakens the buyer's perception of your value. For example, if you decide your work is worth $8,000 but then start offering discounts or justifying the cost, buyers may question its true value. Believe in your pricing, stand by it, and others will too. Perceived value is key — if you don’t value your art, why should anyone else?

Building momentum on social media is exciting, but it’s equally important to be kind to yourself. It’s okay to take a break, even if it means your views dip.

scaling your content

Maximize your reach with scalable content. Start with a single 3-minute video and edit it to fit the unique formats and time requirements of each platform. For TikTok, aim for videos over 1 minute to qualify for monetization. On Facebook, keep it over 3 minutes, while Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels perform best between 60-90 seconds. YouTube Shorts should be under a minute. By repurposing one video across multiple platforms, you can expand your visibility without creating entirely new content. However, while this process may seem quick, it requires thoughtful editing, tagging sounds, and platform-specific adjustments. Consistency and strategy are key to sustained growth.
